Flexible Business Parking With PARKinCPH
With PARKinCPH you can tailor your parking solution to suit your and the individual employees' parking needs. PARKinCPH offers both monthly parking subscriptions, usage billing and guest parking.
Administrator
Each company must have one or more administrators. It is the administrator who is responsible for adding employees and buying, extending and terminating parking subscriptions under the company's profile on PARKinCPH.
In addition, the administrator (and possibly a receptionist) can buy short-term parking for the company's guests or for employees who only occasionally take a car to work.
The administrator also has access to statistics and payment information.
Employee Login
All employees created under the company's profile can be assigned their own employee login with access to maintenance of their parking subscription. This means that employees can log in to PARKinCPH themselves and update the registration number of their parking subscription when changing cars. Employees do not have access to either purchase or termination of parking subscriptions.
Parking Options
Below are presented various parking options offered through PARKinCPH. The parking options can be combined as desired and all managed from your profile at PARKinCPH.
Parking Subscriptions
Business subscriptions are valid from Monday to Sunday from 00:00 - 24:00. This gives the greatest freedom to park when you want and where you want, without having to worry about registering your parking.
For each subscription, one registration number is attached, which can be changed as needed.
Parking subscriptions are automatically renewed each month to the first day of the month until terminated.
Payment is made monthly in advance. The notice of termination is minimal, as the parking subscriptions can be terminated to the end of the current month.
Usage Billing
As an alternative to monthly parking subscriptions, usage billing is offered. This can for example be relevant for employees and consultants who only occasionally need parking.
For usage billing, the employee must daily register his parking via PARKinCPH by entering the car's registration number and expiration time.
The parking is billed per minute with the possibility that the employee can extend and stop before time.
The price is valid parking rates and the company is billed for the total usage monthly in arrears.
Guest Parking
Furthermore, PARKinCPH offers guest parking for companies wishing to pay for parking for their guests. Registration can be done by contacting the reception where the receptionist enters the guest's registration number and notes the duration of the visit. Alternatively, an iPad can be set up in the entrance area, where the guests themselves registers their parking upon arrival.
The guest receives an SMS confirmation at the time of registration and an SMS reminder before the parking expires.
